Deposit: 20% (50% for Charm & Sip) holds your date and is non-refundable.
More than 14 days before: change your date or cancel with no further charge. The deposit stays with us.
Less than 14 days before: 50% of the total price is payable.

Before you book

Party questions, answered

What if my child is sick on the day?

Call Sabrina that morning. We'll always do our best to reschedule rather than charge. We'd much rather move the party than have a sick birthday child.

How many kids and adults can come?

Every package includes 8 children, and many families invite more (extra children are $25 to $75 each depending on the party). One adult per child is welcome to stay, so 8 children means up to 8 grown-ups.

Is the room just for us?

Yes. Every party is a private two-hour studio hire, so it's only your child and their friends.

What food is included?

Kids' party platters: fairy bread, mini hotdogs or toasties, sausage rolls, chicken nuggets, a fruit, veg and snack grazing platter, Oreos, water and juice. We tailor it for allergies and dietary needs.

Can we feed the grown-ups too?

Yes. Our most popular add-on is the adult grazing platter ($125–$185), and the Party Bundle adds 10 coffees, 30 extra minutes and a grazing box ($195).

How much is the deposit, and what are the cancellation rules?

A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date (Charm & Sip needs 50%). The balance is due 7 days before. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 14 days before; within 14 days 50% applies; within 7 days the full amount is due.

Where are parties held?

In our private studio at 96 Tapleys Hill Road, Royal Park, with plenty of parking. That's how setup, styling, hosting and the full clean-up are included.
